One of the the biggest ways you can grow your business is by being honest. The “Do what you say and say what you do” is vital in owning a business. If people can’t hold you to your word, they will not trust you. That takes one big piece out of the Know, Like and Trust puzzle. You don’t have to give anything away or offer big discounts if you have a good product and or service that people want and need. Show them the value of what you offer, and build a relationship with those customers. Those relationships turn into referrals, and referrals turn into new customers if you do it right!
Having an online presence is part of the “Trust” factor. If your website is old and not functioning to today’s standards, you could potentially lose that customer. Every customer is important too. Part of the big trend of today is having your website mobile friendly and responsive. This went into effect last April 2015, but we are amazed at how many websites are still not up to this standard!
